Longevity to Mind and Body (24 May)

Fitness is so much more than just going to the gym. What are the key components of fitness and health? What are the lifestyle factors that affect fitness and accelerate aging?

Join neuroscientist and founder of Senescence Life Sciences Dr. Shawn Watson as he discusses how exercise can keep your brain healthy and at peak performance, together with Fitness Trainer Nuno Fidalgo who will show you how mobility and dynamic movement training positively impacts the body and guarantees maximum result within minimum time.

Just like our body, our brains age naturally. This process can begin as early as our 20s, with signs becoming more evident in our early 40s and beyond.

Please wear gym attire as part of the event is hands on where you will learn mobility techniques.
